Terms and Conditions for DMN Academy

Welcome to DMN Academy (the “Course”). By accessing and using our website and course materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Klarna.
The Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds Before Accessing Course: You are entitled to a full refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not logged into the Course material.
No Refunds After Access: Once you have logged into the Course material, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

5. Course Access and Delivery

Upon completing the payment process, you will gain access to the Course.
Access to the Course is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with others.
We reserve the right to revoke access to the Course if there is a breach of these Terms.

6. Course Content and Materials

All content in the Course (e.g., text, videos, presentations, and other materials) is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The content is owned by Marketrio LLP and Beckol Profit FZCO.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Course for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Course without express permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Course if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Course will immediately cease, and you must delete all Course materials.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. The prevailing party will be entitled to recover legal fees and costs.
13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketrio LLP, Beckol Profit FZCO, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Course or your violation of these Terms.

14. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide educational content aimed at improving your knowledge of marketing and media buying, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or success from using the Course. Your success depends on various factors, including your efforts and the application of the learned skills.
